Responsibilities
  • Assist pediatric dentists and hygienists with patient care, including preparing patients for exams and procedures
  • Take and develop dental X-rays, prepare dental materials, and maintain a clean and organized treatment area
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for patients and their families
  • Collaborate with the dental team to achieve high-quality patient care and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dental techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience as a dental assistant or completion of a dental assisting program
  • BLS/CPR certification and annual recertification fees paid by the practice
  • Experience with practice management software, particularly Open Dental, is a plus
  • RHS certifications are required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
