Job Description

Good Landing Recovery is a leading provider of substance abuse treatment facilities, offering a comprehensive continuum of care. Our facilities are fully state licensed and staffed by passionate professionals dedicated to helping individuals overcome addiction and mental health challenges.

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide direct care to clients. The successful candidate will work closely with our RNs to identify health issues related to drug and alcohol abuse, develop treatment plans, and maintain client well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report changes to patient symptoms or behavior
  • Administer and monitor client vitals
  • Communicate changes to client health status or behavior to RN on staff
  • Assist with preparing clients for transfer or discharge
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client medical records
  • Administer medications to clients as prescribed
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare facilities as needed
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Director of Nursing or RN on shift

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in GA
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience in healthcare or behavioral health preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, confidential environment with changing priorities
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Education and Experience:

  • Valid LPN licensure in GA
  • At least 1-2 years of related substance abuse and mental health experience required
  • At least 1-2 years of related substance abuse detox/residential experience required

Shift Availability:

  • 12-hour shift rotation (1st shift, 7AM-7PM)
  • Alternating weekends
