Job Summary
At RAMI, we are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for performing manual or mechanical assembly of mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic components and/or subassemblies.

Key Responsibilities
• Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies.
• Read and decipher Process Instructions and Product Prints.
• Obtain components from the Staging Area and properly organize them at the workstation to perform assembly operations.
• Use pliers, screwdrivers, wire clippers, wrenches, fixtures, and other assembly tools to perform assembly operations.
• Operate manual, electric, or pneumatic hand or bench tools.
• Operate electric ovens, such as to cure fiberglass cores.
• Verify products meet requirements through visual inspection, pull tests, measurements, and other quality control methods.
• Record production on computer.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable attendance record and ability to work cooperatively with team members and leadership.
• Negative drug screen and adherence to personal protection requirements (safety glasses, etc.).
• Ability to read process sheets and follow directions.
• Flexibility to work at various workstations in assembly departments as production mix changes.
• Ability to lift a maximum of 25 lbs. with no restrictions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and vision, with or without correction, adequate to perform job functions.
