Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at our beautiful, newly remodeled location in the Highland Park neighborhood of Saint Paul. As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve our sales goals and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with enthusiasm and become familiar with current merchandise.
- Greet customers courteously and professionally, fostering relationships with new and established clients.
- Respond to sales leads and customer requests promptly, using RF Moeller Jeweler Selling Standards.
- Build a customer following by using a client book, referrals, thank you cards, and social involvement.
- Maintain familiarity with all merchandise and vendor knowledge.
- Place and track special orders with vendors.
- Perform additional duties such as gift wrapping, managing sales and repair jobs, setting up and tearing down cases, answering phones, responding to web inquiries, and following security guidelines.
- Participate in general setup of displays and assigned duties.
- Check email, voicemail, and company text messages daily.
- Achieve at least your Registered Jeweler (RJ) certification from AGS.
- At least one year of experience in fine jewelry sales.
- Detail-Oriented & Results-Driven: Demonstrates a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent Communication: Has exceptional communication and follow-up skills.
- Client-Focused: Passionate about exceeding client expectations and building lasting relationships.
- Willingness to Grow: Eager to grow professionally; gemological training is a plus but not required.
- Competitive Earnings: Our Sales Executives earn an average of $115,000, with seasoned professionals earning over $150,000.
