As a Jewelry Consultant at Shane Co., you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and building strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales presentations that emphasize the features and benefits of our products, driving sales and meeting customer needs.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships, maximize sales performance, and deliver an unparalleled experience for every guest.
  • Work towards personal goals while contributing to team goals and the overall success of the store.
  • Train and mentor new team members, share expertise, and provide feedback.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of consultative, customer-facing sales experience, selling products with clear features and benefits.
  • Availability during evenings and weekends.
  • High level of visual acuity and manual dexterity.
  • Excellence in written and spoken English, with effective communication being key.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
