About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Termite Technician to join our team at HomeTeam Pest Defense. As a Termite Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to homeowners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Present a professional image, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
  • Diagnose and discuss pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.
  • Obtain your pest control Registered Technician credentials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest pest control techniques and best practices through regular training and education.
  • Submit accurate and legible service tickets to office staff.
  • Complete home drawings and provide them to office staff.
  • Keep customers informed about the service.
  • Work independently and stay motivated and focused.

Qualifications
  • No experience required; training will be provided.
  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company-paid).
Physical Demands and Working Environment
  • Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations.
  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
