Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Renewal Inspector to join our team. As a Renewal Inspector, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our network of clients, performing termite re-inspections, and building relationships with existing and new customers to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Perform termite re-inspections, filling out paperwork and documenting treatment results.
  • Build relationships with existing and new customers, offering new services and acquiring new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow our customer base.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with customers, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Physical ability to work outdoors, with regular travel to client sites.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
