Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business System Analyst/Advisor to join our team at Two95 International Inc. as a Process Improvement Specialist. In this role, you will partner with our Customer Solutions organization to drive process improvements, automation, and continuous improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project plans, action items, and creation of process documentation and training material.
- Administer and develop solutions in the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform to enable process efficiencies and point of need training.
- Conduct multiple User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-launch validations to ensure seamless system implementation.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Customer Solutions processes and systems.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of project management experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a business analyst.
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms is preferred.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and processes.
- Ability to build relationships across multiple functions and implement processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and execute with accuracy and efficiency.
