  • Perform use case modeling and create use case specifications
  • Work with workflow and Business Process Management (BPM) tools such as Flowable and Camunda
  • Create visual representations of complex business processes
  • Understand and implement SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) and compliance requirements
  • Develop business technology roadmap artifacts
  • Conduct manual and automated software testing using various tools
  • Prepare compliance reports for regulatory authorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business and technical requirements
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of credit decisioning processes
Requirements:
  • Strong background in banking/finance, ideally in lending domain, with understanding of market conditions and credit decisioning
  • Proficiency in use case modeling and specification techniques
  • Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) tools, particularly Flowable and/or Camunda
  • Familiarity with credit decisioning engines
  • Experience with Business Rules Management Systems (BRMS)/Business Rules engines and decision management platforms like Drools
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance, compliance reporting, and regulatory requirements in the banking sector
  • Experience with manual and automated testing and tools for test automation (Selenium, Cucumber), API Testing (SOAP UI, OpenAPI 3.0), monitoring and analysis (Splunk or similar), project management (Jira)
