**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PICU RN to join our team in Washington State. As a pediatric intensivist, you will be responsible for providing expert care to critically ill children, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill children in the PICU setting
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, adjusting care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
**Requirements:**
- Current RN licensure in the state of Washington
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a PICU setting
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
