About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Speech Pathology Clinical Fellow to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for recent graduates who are eager to complete their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) while providing top-notch care under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Job Summary
  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations for children ages birth to 18 with a variety of diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
  • Provide direct therapy services to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

As a Speech Pathology Clinical Fellow, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participating in family and caregiver education to support patient progress and generalization of skills.
  • Engaging in regular supervisory meetings and feedback sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Eligibility for or current possession of a Clinical Fellowship (CF) Certificate.
  • Provisional state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Amaryllis Therapy Network offers a competitive salary range of $44,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive and dynamic environment.
