Speech Language Pathologist Specialist

**Rehabilitation Opportunities**
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of rehabilitation specialists. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including patients' homes, schools, and community environments.
**Job Summary**
This is a PRN position with flexible scheduling. You will be responsible for performing evaluations and developing treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
**Responsibilities**
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing evaluations and developing treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Regularly re-assessing the effectiveness of treatment plans and attending staffing meetings and family conferences
- Communicating patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services, and family members
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of a Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program, a valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice, and current CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.
