» Repair or replace power transmission, hydraulic/pneumatic components, and conveyor system parts.
Qualifications:
» Journeyman level Millwright experience.
» Knowledge of maintenance reliability.
» Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft products).
» Familiarity with machinery and equipment used in wood products.
» Proven excellent work and safety record.
» Ability to work at heights and in hot/dusty environments.
» Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, swing, and/or graveyard, with potential overtime.
» Competence in comprehending and entering detailed work orders into a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
» Experience in Field Preparation, including shop math, basic measuring tools, hand tools, torqueing, fasteners, and print reading.
» Experience in Assembly & Installation, including part assembly, pre-alignment, alignment, belts, chains, fits, and tolerances.
» Skill in identifying and controlling failed components such as hydraulic and pneumatic parts, pumps, and bearings.
» Knowledge of Fluid Power Operation and Troubleshooting.
» Understanding of Pumping Systems, including process pumps, piping, and packing/sealing systems.
» Experience in Rigging and Welding.
» Must pass drug screening and background checks.
