We are seeking a Corporate Service Management professional to lead our service, parts, and warranty departments. As RV Operations Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Description:

The RV Operations Director will oversee the management of our service, parts, and warranty departments, ensuring profitability and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Management: Developing and Managing Budgets for the Service, Parts, and Warranty Departments
  • Customer Relations: Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service by Addressing Customer Concerns and Complaints Promptly and Effectively
  • Staff Development: Providing Ongoing Training and Development Opportunities for Service, Parts, and Warranty Staff

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Related Field
  • Minimum 10 Years of Experience in RV Operations, Business Process Optimization, and Project Management
  • Proven Track Record of Driving Cultural Transformations, Improving Operational Efficiency, and Delivering Results in a Retail Environment
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills, with Ability to Influence and Inspire Cross-Functional Teams
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, with Focus on Data-Driven Decision-Making
