Job Overview

As a pivotal leader in the integration of HP systems, you will spearhead efforts to ensure seamless functionality across various components.

Systems engineering is a multifaceted discipline that balances both technical and business requirements, aimed at delivering high-quality products that fulfill user expectations. This role encompasses a comprehensive process that includes the design, development, and optimization of systems, focusing on the identification and assessment of system requirements, the formulation of alternative design concepts, conducting design trade studies, and the selection and implementation of optimal designs, ensuring proper integration and execution from concept through to production and operation.

Your leadership will significantly influence the team's capacity to meet service, quality, and timeliness objectives. This position operates within established policy guidelines, allowing for a moderate degree of autonomy while requiring high levels of operational judgment to achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

As the Systems Integration Manager, your duties will include:
  • Overseeing the integration of HP system products and rigs.
  • Managing the integration process across multiple components or assemblies.
  • Defining system requirements and ensuring compliance throughout the process.
  • Facilitating coordination between component interfaces and execution teams.
  • Overseeing product configuration and maintaining configuration control systems.
  • Leading the integration efforts and reporting on key system metrics such as weight and other performance indicators.
  • Analyzing internal and external business challenges and proposing best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in project leadership roles.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Product Definition and Operations is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs effectively.
  • Established skills in project management.
