Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Olmec Systems, LLC. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients via phone, email, or in-person visits.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a Field support role, handling a range of IT issues from Level 1 (e.g., password resets, hardware troubleshooting, PC/equipment deployment & relocation) to Level 2 (e.g., Windows server maintenance, firewall troubleshooting, LAN/WAN technologies, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace administration, and special projects).

You will use your strong critical thinking skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues, communicate effectively with customers, and document technical information for future reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Field support role
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize customer requests
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
