Central Florida Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, this professional will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs for our Dental Patient Registration Representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Dental Patient Registration Representatives
  • Collaborate with the Director of Training and Development and Dental Leadership to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Design and implement training materials, including manuals, guides, and assessments
  • Facilitate training sessions and provide feedback to participants
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in training and development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field
  • Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Certification in training and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
