Overview

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day business operations of Riverwalk, ensuring exceptional quality and service, sustained resident satisfaction, and associate engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage and lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality services and amenities to residents
  • Ensure adherence to established guidelines and procedures to maintain the highest standards of care and service
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Senior Housing to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective management of staff and operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred in a related healthcare field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience in a senior living facility
  • Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate with clients and employees of all backgrounds and educational levels
