Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Benchmark Senior Living. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greets visitors and residents with a warm smile and pleasant tone of voice
  • Professionally handles phone calls and routes callers or answers questions in a timely and courteous manner
  • Offers refreshments to visitors, where applicable
  • Manages doctor and beauty appointment books
  • Acts as concierge for residents
  • Keeps lobby clean and neat, free of clutter and trash
  • Reports any mal-functioning equipment to maintenance
  • Assists the Community Sales Team with sales and marketing programs and initiatives
  • Participates in in-service training as required by state regulations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate preferred
  • Expert knowledge of telephone system and capable of teaching others
  • Proficient computer skills (word processing, email, internet, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
