  • Process freight and convey shipments from the shipping/receiving area to the backroom\
  • Inventory and organize merchandise for efficient display on the sales floor\
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom environment\
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management from time-to-time\
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks\
  • Evaluate inventory levels and make recommendations for optimal stocking practices\
  • Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate a smooth workflow\
  • Analyze sales data to inform purchasing decisions\
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store presentation and visual appeal\
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals\
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures\
  • Meet productivity standards and maintain a high level of customer service\

Requirements: The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication and teamwork abilities. Prior retail experience is preferred, but not required. Compensation: $12-$15 per hour (estimated), depending on location and experience.
