About Pelican Bay Foundation:

A luxury community in Naples, Florida, offering diverse amenities and activities on over three square miles of land, bordered by pristine white-sand beaches.

We seek a full-time Server to join the Food & Beverage department, reporting to the Restaurant Supervisor. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, delivers high member service, and maintains integrity.

You'll work with a passionate year-round Food & Beverage team and have opportunities to foster memorable experiences for members and guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to members and guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Maintain menu knowledge, make recommendations, and answer member questions to ensure an outstanding dining experience.
  • Take accurate orders, enter them into the POS system, and deliver cuisine and beverages efficiently to meet our high standards.
  • Check member/guest satisfaction, address issues promptly, and ensure cleanliness across all dining and work areas.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 months of server experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Experience delivering outstanding customer service and collaborating with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to use POS technology effectively and meet physical requirements to perform job duties.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with members, guests, and colleagues.
