Your Role:


As a Cash Logistics Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of cash management processes. You will be responsible for verifying cash deposits, preparing cash shipments, and facilitating the secure transfer of funds between various locations. Your work is essential to maintaining the flow of commerce.


This position requires adherence to strict security protocols to safeguard the premises and the assets of Hire Velocity and its clients, as well as ensuring the safety of individuals on-site.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately check in all cash and work through designated channels.
  • Verify cash amounts, input data into tracking systems, and manage various deposit types.
  • Process check imaging and maintain accurate records.
  • Balance individual transactions and ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Prepare and package cash orders according to specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations at the end of each shift.
  • Deliver all processed documentation to the appropriate departments.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and management diligently.

Qualifications:


To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Minimum of 3 months experience in cash handling, inventory management, or related fields.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to complete all required training.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in secure cash handling or banking environments.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Familiarity with 10 Key data entry.
  • High school diploma or GED.
