Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support to property owners by addressing inquiries related to financial statements, account ledgers, late fees, and tenant issues.
  • Conduct regular communications with property owners regarding their investments.
  • Manage daily operations of properties, including rent collection, lease renewals, evictions, and move-in/move-out processes.
  • Facilitate lease negotiations and ensure timely renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and post necessary notices at properties.
  • Collaborate with Homeowners Associations as needed for compliance and notice postings.
  • Inspect newly constructed units and generate punch lists for completion prior to tenant occupancy.
  • Assess vacated units to confirm readiness for new tenants.
  • Liaise with Construction, Maintenance, and Turnover teams regarding ongoing work orders.
  • Manage insurance claims in coordination with the Maintenance Team when necessary.
  • Prepare and distribute reports as required.
  • Maintain accurate records for each property in accordance with company policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with property management software, such as PropertyWare.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a company representative.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must maintain required auto liability insurance coverage.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
