Cafe Associate

We are seeking a talented Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality products are available to our members.

• Prepare and Serve Food: Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including fresh sandwiches, salads, and hot entrees, to meet the needs of our members.
• Maintain a Clean Environment: Ensure the cafe area is clean, sanitized, and well-organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Engage with members, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work Effectively as a Team Member: Collaborate with other team members to achieve goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a positive and respectful environment.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant setting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, colleagues, and management.
• Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, adapt to changing situations, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
