Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to our members, acknowledging their needs and identifying opportunities to improve their experience.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, communicate effectively with team members, and adapt to changing work scenarios.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, rotate merchandise, and eliminate waste to ensure high-quality products are available to our members.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to drive business results, leveraging digital tools and technologies to enhance the member experience.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
• Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, such as Food Handler Certification.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and members.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing work scenarios, including flexible scheduling and varying workloads.
