Job Title: Survey Crew Chief

ESP Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Survey Crew Chief to join our team in Hendersonville, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of surveyors in providing various conventional, robotic, and GPS land surveying projects.
  • Manage and organize field crews to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Develop and implement surveying plans and procedures to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of GPS surveying, including static, fast static, RTK, and VRS.
  • Experience with Trimble data collection, GPS receivers, and robotic total stations.
  • Associates degree or higher in surveying technology, geomatics, civil engineering, or related field with registration as an SIT or PLS preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in land surveying.
