Financial Records Technician

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the general oversight of the Finance Director and the direct guidance of the Customer Service Manager, this role provides essential technical and administrative support in the utility billing and financial documentation processes.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist customers at the Utility Drive-Up Window during assigned shifts.

2. Serve as a backup Utility Clerk at the front counter when other clerks are unavailable.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Associate's degree in accounting, business, or a related discipline.

Experience:
A minimum of two years in bookkeeping, accounting, or billing, or a suitable combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills:
Candidates with experience in Caselle Software Utility Billing will be given preference.

Licenses/Certifications:
Must possess a valid Utah Driver's License.

COMPENSATION:
Hourly wage ranges from $19.00 to $26.00, depending on experience. No additional benefits provided.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday to Thursday, with a schedule of 5 hours per day between 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Flexibility to work from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. may be required for coverage or project assistance.
