Exciting Hospitalist Position in the Texas Panhandle
  • Clinical Overview:

    • We are looking for board-certified professionals skilled in intubation and central line placement. Candidates with a background in internal or family medicine and a minimum of two years of hospitalist experience are encouraged to apply.
    • Join a collaborative team of 10 physicians supported by a clinical performance nurse.
    • This group is a remarkable mix of healthcare providers with varied backgrounds, strong medical expertise, ethical standards, and an excellent record of patient satisfaction.
    • Recognized as the leading hospitalist team in the area.
    • The medical director and associate medical director oversee the Medical Executive and Peer Review committees.
    • J1-visa sponsorship is available through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
    • Open ICU environment with a total capacity of 480 beds.
    • This hospitalist team plays a crucial role in the code team, with all members certified in basic life support, advanced cardiovascular life support, pediatric advanced life support, and advanced trauma life support.
    • Electronic Medical Records system utilized is CERNER.
    • Compensation ranges from $1,589 per day shift to $1,920 per night shift, with an expected base salary of $289,995 for day shifts based on 182.5 shifts annually. Nocturnists can anticipate a base salary of $350,400 per year based on the same shift frequency. Additional quality and productivity incentives are also available.
    • The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability coverage, a 401k plan with matching contributions, paid medical malpractice and tail coverage, as well as an annual CME allowance.
