Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Working Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

• Lead and manage the on-site installation team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Train and develop new and existing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate with suppliers and oversee all work on site to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Monitor and track equipment and materials to optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with on-site safety regulations, cleanliness, and orderliness.
• Maintain accurate records for payroll reports and change orders.
• Communicate effectively with inspection authorities to obtain necessary approvals.

• Minimum three years' experience in a leadership role on construction projects.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Proven construction skills in carpentry, plumbing, concrete, and electric wiring.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
