Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Working Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the on-site installation team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Train and develop new and existing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate suppliers and oversee all work on site to ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor and ensure on-site safety compliance, cleanliness, and orderliness.
• Maintain accurate records for payroll reports and change orders.
• Communicate effectively with inspection authorities to ensure approvals are obtained.

Requirements:

• Minimum three years' experience in a leadership role on construction projects.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Strong construction skills in carpentry, plumbing, concrete, and electric wiring.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Commercial Driver License Class A preferred.
