Salary and Benefits

The full-time Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with an attractive benefits package and unlimited continuing education opportunities.

Job Description

We seek an outgoing, team-oriented Speech Language Pathologist to join our School-Based Pediatric division, providing services in Columbus and surrounding areas. As a member of our dynamic team, you'll contribute to the development and implementation of individualized speech therapy plans for pediatric patients.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver tailored speech therapy programs for students in various school settings.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • A current state licensure or certification (e.g., CCC-SLP).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school-based setting.
