Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in school or pediatric environments.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of $33-38 per hour, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit. As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and weekly paychecks.

Responsibilities

As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and colleagues to provide high-quality speech therapy services to students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting speech-language pathologists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
  • Conducting assessments and creating progress reports
  • Providing direct therapy services to students
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Previous experience working in school or pediatric environments (preferred)
  • Current SLPA licenses and teaching certifications for Nebraska
  • Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and colleagues
