Interns will collaborate closely with our seasoned engineers, contributing to various business units. This internship spans a duration of 15 weeks.

Engineering and Program Management (EPM):

This position is part of EPM, where we establish technical standards, tools, processes, training, and domain expertise for product engineering and manufacturing.

EPM empowers all Blue Origin business units to leverage commonly utilized capabilities, hardware, and software, while assisting in the identification, selection, and training of engineers from both internal and external sources.

As a member of the Human Integration team, you will aid in the development of Blue Origin's human-system interfaces.

Essential Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Currently enrolled in a graduate program in Engineering or a related technical discipline, with at least one semester or quarter remaining after the internship.

Available for full-time work for a minimum of 15 weeks while not concurrently enrolled in coursework. Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. A passion for space exploration is highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications:
If you possess experience in the following areas, please ensure to highlight it on your resume. Relevant internship/co-op and academic project experiences that showcase the development of both technical skills and leadership qualities. Familiarity with digital human modeling tools (e.g., CATIA Human Builder, JACK) is advantageous. When applying, include your internship, co-curricular, and research experiences in your resume, along with the relevant tools, programming languages, or processes you have utilized in these contexts.
