The Concrete Operations Supervisor is pivotal in guaranteeing the effective execution of construction assignments by collaborating closely with the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully pass drug screenings.

  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Exhibit basic computer proficiency.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of concrete application and finishing techniques.
  • Oversee and guide work crews.
  • Create work schedules and track crew attendance.
  • Inspect forms prior to each concrete pour.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Manage a diverse range of commercial and industrial projects.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site and equipment.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
  • Foster positive working relationships with team members.
  • Collaborate effectively with the project team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Capability to perform physical tasks typical of the concrete industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of concrete installation and finishing processes.
  • Basic skills in construction practices.
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ACI Certification
  • OSHA Safety Training
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
