Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and families in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
  • Administer medications, perform various patient tests, and provide education to patients and families.
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • Active RN license within the State of practice.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an RN in a clinical setting.
  • Current certifications (variable depending on the facility).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
