Job Title: Home Health AideAbout the Job

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at Sanzie Healthcare Services Inc. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to our senior adult and disabled clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all duties outlined in the client's care plan/service agreement
  • Demonstrate competency in meal preparation, clean-up, homemaking, and laundry, mobility, and walking assistance
  • Kitchen and bathroom maintenance
  • Toileting and personal hygiene assistance
  • Medication reminders
  • Routine transfer assistance
  • Bathing and showering assistance
  • Transportation and errand running services
Requirements
  • CPR/First Aid certified (Required American Heart or Red Cross)
  • Certificate showing Negative for TB (Required)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Photocopy of Social Security Card
  • Current proof of auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • CNA License or completed HHA Competency test
  • Federal fingerprinting requirement
  • Physical
  • Bank slip or screenshot from your account with the routing and account #s
