Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fitness Membership Sales Professional to join our team at Anytime Fitness FitBiz Management Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our memberships and delivering exceptional customer experiences for current and prospective members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute a sales process for new memberships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct gym tours to guests and potential members, showcasing the benefits and features of our fitness center.
  • Achieve minimum production requirements and sales quotas, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on company pricing and promotions, effectively communicating these to members and prospective members.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to all members and prospective members, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all members.
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience in fitness membership sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Passion for health and fitness, with a desire to help others achieve their wellness goals.
  • Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
