Job Description:

Ironmill Fasteners & Hardware is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and servicing customers, providing pricing and product application information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell and service customers, providing timely and accurate pricing and product information.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare quotes and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the outside sales team to develop sales strategies and manage existing customer accounts.
  • Input all orders into the sales order entry system in a timely fashion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of construction material sales experience (hardware, tools, exterior & interior materials).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with take-offs and estimates.
  • English / Spanish language proficiency.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
