Dental Treatment Coordinator Job Description

At Jay L Ajmo DDS PA, we are seeking a highly skilled Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our dental practice, you will play a vital role in reviewing dental treatment plans and facilitating financial arrangements with our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present dental treatment plan options to patients in a clear and concise manner
  • Assist patients with financial arrangements and third-party finance plans
  • Enter treatment plans into our dental practice management system
  • Oversee the doctor's surgical schedule in our system
  • Coordinate new patient arrangements and ensure a smooth patient flow
  • Verify and reconcile PPO insurance information
  • Manage patient statements and accounts receivable

Our dental practice is a well-established private office providing state-of-the-art general, cosmetic, and IV sedation dentistry. We are an out-of-network PPO provider and offer a professional and friendly work environment for our team members.

Requirements:

Must have dental office experience and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
