Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience Coordinators are responsible for efficiently managing a high volume of inbound and outbound communications, including calls, emails, and texts. Your role will involve:

  • Identifying customer requirements and providing information regarding service availability.
  • Collaborating with service advisors to address customer inquiries, researching issues, and offering solutions or alternatives.
  • Responding promptly to inquiries received via internet, phone, and live chat, utilizing prepared scripts and templates.
  • Engaging in team training sessions to foster positive relationships with colleagues, sales teams, and management.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Coordinating with brand managers to manage daily service department workloads.
  • Communicating with customers to ascertain their service needs.
  • Maintaining accurate customer contact information within the CRM system.
  • Demonstrating the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Providing information on alternative transportation options.
  • Maintaining a flexible schedule, including weekend rotations.

Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to sit at a computer for extended periods, utilize hands for keyboard and telephone operations, and stand or walk as necessary. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.
