- Support Learning and Development: Utilize a growth mindset to inspire a love of learning in our children, and work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
- Implement Curriculum: Effectively implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, and ensure a seamless transition between programs.
- Create a Safe and Nurturing Environment: Establish a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development in our children.
- Communicate with Families: Regularly communicate with parents through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions, to keep them informed of their child's progress and achievements.
- Support Center Success: Contribute to the success of our center by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with families, coworkers, and community partners to create a dynamic and supportive environment that promotes learning and growth.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Early Childhood Education coursework preferred.
