Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer calls and follow up on sales appointments
- Respond promptly to inquiries via internet, phone, and live chat using established scripts and templates
- Provide initial product information to customers and guide them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Present preliminary financing options tailored to customer needs
- Follow up with leads who are not yet ready to schedule an appointment or who missed their appointments
- Engage in team and process improvement discussions, fostering positive relationships with colleagues, sales teams, and dealership management
- Utilize the CRM tracking system on a daily basis
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center environment is highly advantageous
- Bilingual candidates are preferred

- Proficient computer skills are essential
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
