Job Title: Assistant Manager

Domino's Pizza LLC is seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting customer service standards and performing their duties efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance, including cleanliness and organization.
  • Process customer transactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or management role preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Work Environment:
