Key Responsibilities:
The Commercial HVAC Technician will be responsible for:
- Conducting routine maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems.
- Responding to service requests and performing necessary repairs.
- Installing new heating and cooling systems as required.
- Diagnosing issues with HVAC equipment and recommending solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintaining accurate records of service performed and parts used.
- Collaborating with team members and support staff to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- A valid Washington State 06A license.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC.
- EPA Certification.
- The ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
Work Environment:
This position may require travel to various client locations for training and meetings. Technicians will be equipped with a fully stocked service vehicle, mobile devices, and necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
