About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines.
  • Work closely with Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
