About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Grace Medical Center. As a PRN RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing and prioritizing patients' physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Emergency Services or acute care.
- BLS certification, with ACLS and PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
