The successful candidate will provide high-quality behavioral health services to our clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health and substance abuse disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health and substance abuse needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' behavioral health needs
  • Provide evidence-based therapies, including individual, group, and family counseling
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with military personnel and their families
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapies and treatment modalities
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
