KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversees the comprehensive management of scheduling surgical procedures and appointments for the healthcare facility, ensuring that decisions align with both operational needs and patient requirements.

Informs patients about the necessary pre-operative surgical and financial obligations. Coordinates and organizes appointments, procures essential supplies for surgeries and procedures at the clinic, outpatient surgery centers, and hospitals.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector, including a minimum of 1 year in a specialized office or in procedure scheduling roles.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
No specific licensure required.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior experience in a healthcare environment is essential.
