We are currently seeking CMA professionals who are eager to contribute to a team that is passionate about delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. Positions are available for both day and evening shifts. Qualified candidates will become part of an outstanding team that ensures each resident receives the exceptional care and comfortable environment they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and administer medications under the guidance of a Charge Nurse, while also functioning as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
  • Document medication administration in accordance with established practices and regulatory requirements, under the supervision of a Licensed Nurse.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing bed linens, and mobility support.
  • Support resident engagement in recreational activities and assist with meal preparation and consumption, while tracking food intake.
  • Follow daily care plans, perform assigned restorative and rehabilitative tasks, and report any changes in resident conditions to the supervising Nurse.
  • Participate in the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents.
  • Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and infection control, including the proper use of mechanical lifts and personal protective equipment.
  • Understand and promote residents' rights, fostering positive relationships with residents, visitors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Engage in educational activities, in-service training, and staff meetings; assist in the orientation and training of new staff members.
  • Contribute to Quality Improvement initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Required Education

High school diploma or equivalent. Must be certified as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with the state.
