Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Provide technical guidance, quoting support, and project management support to customers and internal teams.
  • Coordinate customer scheduling requirements with NTS department managers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Interface between NTS technical personnel and customers, fostering strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Review and approve test data to ensure adherence to customer and NTS quality requirements, guaranteeing the highest standards of excellence.
  • Setup and perform Vibration, Mechanical Shock, and Acoustic tests, utilizing advanced equipment and techniques to achieve precise results.
  • Monitor tests per specifications, interact with customers as needed, and collect data using vibration control systems, thermocouples, and accelerometers.
  • Analyze and verify test setups, test levels, and requirements, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the testing process.
  • Troubleshoot and build test fixtures, test configurations, and electrical setups, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical expertise to overcome any challenges that may arise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Excellent computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
  • Proven ability to learn at a fast pace with minimal training, with a strong desire to continuously improve and develop skills and knowledge.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as necessary, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear, taste or smell. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
